Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Vancouver, WA is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to deliver outstanding customer service and drive leasing activity across Greystar communities. You will conduct prospecting, virtual and in-person tours, and ensure a stellar move-in experience while supporting community events and marketing efforts.

You should bring sales and customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or One Site.

Formación

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Prospect building and apartment tours (virtual and in-person).
• Ensure a stellar move-in experience for customers.
• Conduct market research on comps for marketing.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Market available units via social media and the web.
• Assist in lease renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns.
