Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours (virtual and in-person).
• Process applications, conduct credit/background checks, prepare leases.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via phone/email.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.
• Utilize online marketing tools to drive traffic and occupancy.
