Carling & 11 East Apartments in Downtown Jacksonville is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will welcome prospective residents, conduct personalized tours, and guide them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.

The role emphasizes building relationships, following up with leads, coordinating applications, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents and prospects alike in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

• Weekend availability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging, personalized tours of our apartment communities.
• Build relationships with prospects, learn what they're looking for, and help them find the home that best fits their needs.
• Follow up consistently with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry through application and move-in.
• Process rental applications and coordinate move-ins with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and lease renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, amenities, specials, and community events.
• Help ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and amenity spaces consistently reflect our high standards.
• Participate in outreach marketing, resident events, and community initiatives to generate new business and strengthen resident relationships.
• Partner with the Property Director and onsite team to achieve occupancy, leasing, and resident satisfaction goals.
