Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Part Time Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for our Florida properties. This role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, coordinating showings, processing applications and securing lease renewals.

The position requires on-site work five days per week with a flexible schedule, and provides apartment discounts and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Knowledge of Yardi or other industry software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and future residents.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and complete lease paperwork.
• Present community and specific apartments to prospects and follow up.
• Update online advertising and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and maintain accurate records.
