Arboreal Management in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage a portfolio of North Seattle PODS. You will be the face of our communities to prospective tenants and drive growth through compelling property narratives and targeted marketing.

Join a small, mission-driven team that uses data to inform decisions, coordinates move-ins, and closes leases. The role requires 2–4+ years in leasing or sales and comfort with digital tools; AppFolio experience is a plus, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, can-do attitude with ability to self-manage time and priorities.
• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations.
• Desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from mentors.
• Bonus points if you've used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites.
• Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies.
• Manage social media campaigns and online listings.
• Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team.
• Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcomes.
