Qualifications

• Strong communicator with people and process
• Organized, reliable, and fast to follow through
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Motivated by mission and growth
• Interest in real estate, housing, or operations
• No property management experience required—we'll teach you the industry

Responsibilities

• Lead tours and manage the full leasing pipeline from first inquiry to signed lease
• Respond to prospects quickly and professionally across phone, email, and text
• Assist operations team with systems rollouts and company-wide initiatives
• Support move-ins, move-outs, and renewals alongside on-site property managers
• Travel between properties across our Seattle portfolio as needed (car required)
• Learn our systems and processes — and help make them better
• Take on additional responsibilities as opportunities emerge
