Job summary

Onni Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Seattle to present properties, run tours, and convert prospects into applicants. You will manage the leasing lifecycle, verify income, and coordinate with the Leasing Team and Property Manager to drive occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong customer service, experience with property management systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience.
• Prior experience with Yardi or another equivalent property management system preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read/write English clearly.
• Scheduling may require overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tours for prospective residents and convert prospects to applicants.
• Lead the full applicant lifecycle from initial call to lease processing.
• Screen income and verify required documents for applicants.
• Maintain high standards of the leasing office, tours, and model units.
• Generate leads through outreach, follow-ups, and market knowledge.
• Complete move-in paperwork and final inspections with new residents.
• Collaborate with the team on pricing and marketing to drive absorption.
• Log leasing activity, calls, emails, and follow-ups daily.
• Prepare monthly social content and keep listings active on platforms.
