Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing for a multifamily community.

• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgement and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leasing operations and occupancy goals.
• Prepare regular market survey reports and coordinate with property manager.
• Assist with marketing budgeting, information reporting and compliance documentation.
• Provide exceptional resident services and respond promptly to inquiries.
