Job summary

Arboreal Management in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage a portfolio of North Seattle PODS. You will be the face of our communities to prospective tenants and drive growth through compelling property narratives and targeted marketing.

Join a small, mission-driven team that uses data to inform decisions, coordinates move-ins, and closes leases. The role requires 2–4+ years in leasing or sales and comfort with digital tools; AppFolio experience is a plus, with competitive hourly pay

About the Role

We're looking for a Leasing Associate to take ownership of portfolio of several North Seattle PODS. You'll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits
