Job summary

Arboreal Management, a property management arm of Great Expectations in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a Leasing Associate to own a portfolio of several North Seattle PODS. You will tour sites, craft property narratives, and drive occupancy through proactive outreach and data-driven campaigns.

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities.
• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations.
• A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors.
• Bonus points if you’ve used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software!

About the Role

We’re looking for a Leasing Associate to take ownership of portfolio of several North Seattle PODS. You’ll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)

• Generous Commissions: Uncapped and performance-based
