• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals.
• Shows apartments, processes applications, conducts credit and background checks, and prepares lease/ move-in packages.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and maintains daily leasing office readiness.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Supports lease renewals with timely letters and documents.
