Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site in a pace-driven environment. You will handle tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in paperwork while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Maintain availability reports; process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Obtain Community Manager approval and follow up with applicants.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare for move-ins, obtain signatures, and provide orientation.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and requests and resolving issues.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, tours, and follow-ups.
• Utilize marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan.
• Project a favorable image of the community to meet objectives.
• Focus on resident retention by hosting events and staying engaged.
• Complete all lease/move-in/out paperwork in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly/daily meetings and collaborate with maintenance on service requests.
