Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Connecticut community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, coordinating with maintenance, implementing marketing plans, and managing show units to meet Greystar standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds unaided and 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects vacants to ensure move‑in readiness and coordinates with maintenance for any items.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies for concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data, and records demographics.
