Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases with move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in process

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, tour, process applications, and sign leases to meet revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing tools.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
