Qualifications

• Greet, qualify prospects, and conduct community tours to drive leasing.
• Process applications, credit checks, and lease signing to ensure smooth move-ins.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Schedule and execute tours, move-ins, and lease documentation.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and data.
