Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional for Arcadia at Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, run credit checks, prepare leases, and assist with move-ins. This is a part-time, on-site role with favorable bonus opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, and resident relations.
• Ability to greet, qualify, and tour prospects effectively.
• Strong organization and coordination skills for marketing and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in process.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and traffic.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and manage resident data.
