Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 270-unit single-family community in Ridgeland, SC. The role operates Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm with rotating weekend shifts and uses on-site management software to track activity.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, scheduling move-ins, and driving occupancy through targeted marketing and resident engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience in leasing, sales or resident services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
• Schedule and coordinate move-ins, ensure units are move-in ready, and communicate maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Create and execute marketing activities, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools to boost occupancy.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, and manage resident and prospect data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and by maintaining readiness of marketing areas.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters, contacting renewing residents, and ensuring timely signing and execution.
