Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing activities.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour property, and process applications.
• Comfort with credit screening and lease documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and coordinate move-ins.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to inquiries.
