PeakMade Real Estate in Louisville, KY offers a Part-Time Leasing Consultant role focused on driving occupancy and revenue by turning tours into leases and delivering a world-class resident experience.

As a tour-focused sales professional, you will manage leads via phone, online and in person, conduct high-impact tours, follow up diligently, and maintain pricing knowledge. Weekend availability is required for peak leasing hours.

Competenze

Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.
