Job summary

Greystar in Sacramento is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 378-unit garden-style community. The role requires weekend availability and offers housing discounts and incentive-based bonuses.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in housing and be eligible for a golf-cart license. You will use OneSite/Yardi to manage availability, process applications, and track traffic, while ensuring show units are polished and ready for tours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• State and local licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease/ move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Drive traffic through on-site and online marketing, referrals, and employer outreach.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site property software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal communications and timely execution.
