Job summary

Greystar in Sacramento is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets. You will handle all leasing activities for new residents, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive renewal activity throughout the lease term.

The role requires showing apartments, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing move‑in packages, with on‑site software like OneSite and Yardi to manage data and leases.

• Experience handling applications and basic screening.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, support renewals.
• Inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, ensure show quality.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
• Use on‑site software to track data and occupancy.
