Job summary

Bedrock is seeking a Leasing Team Coordinator in Detroit to support the Office and Retail Leasing Teams with transaction coordination, reporting, and administrative duties. The role involves data management, stakeholder coordination, and travel/logistics support for leasing initiatives.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Asset Management, Legal, Construction, Marketing, and Property Management teams, and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, operations, administration, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Experience in maintaining reports, databases, tracking tools, and business records.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Office and Retail Leasing Teams.
• Draft and prepare LOIs, transaction summaries, approval materials, commission agreements, and related leasing documentation.
• Coordinate transaction documentation, approvals, and execution processes.
• Maintain and manage leasing pipelines, databases, reporting tools, and transaction tracking materials.
• Prepare and distribute reports related to leasing activity, prospective tenants, market activity, and transaction status.
