Job summary

Bedrock is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the Asset Management team in maximizing value and returns for its Detroit and Cleveland real estate portfolio. You will perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and market research while collaborating with Hospitality, Leasing, FP&A, Accounting, Development, and third-party operators.

The role focuses on analytic support across office, retail, and hospitality assets, with on-site work in Detroit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years experience in commercial real estate, with asset management support.
• Experience developing and maintaining CRE financial models, reports, dashboards, and tools.
• Familiarity with CRE, hospitality operations, financial reporting, leasing analysis, or asset management concepts.
• Experience with Power BI, Yardi, Argus, CoStar, CRM systems, reporting platforms, or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related analytical tools.
• Experience managing multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operating performance across assets, including NOI, EBITDA, cash flow, occupancy, and ADR/RevPAR.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support evaluation of lease transactions and operator performance through financial analysis and market research.
• Maintain portfolio reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
