Responsibilities

• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain databases.
• Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations and educate residents on programs.
• Review and distribute resident service requests; assist with events.
• Support marketing documents, reports, ads, and web content updates.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and housing offices to generate business.
• Stay current with local events, market trends, and submarkets.
• Gather documents for residency approval and manage application processes.
