Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Portland to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will market to prospective residents and interact directly to achieve maximum occupancy and strong resident retention and client satisfaction.

You will train leasing staff, generate traffic, qualify prospects, and ensure lease paperwork is complete. Strong organization and customer service are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with revenue management systems required.
• Experience with Yardi or similar PM system required.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and maintain occupancy targets.
• Interact with residents to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
• Conduct training and coaching for leasing consultants to achieve performance.
• Coordinate marketing plans and monitor advertising activity.
• Maintain accurate traffic and resident records; prepare move-in paperwork.
