StuartCo in Saint Paul, MN seeks a full-time Leasing Consultant to represent Highland Ridge Apartments, tour properties, and close leases while delivering exceptional service to residents. The role emphasizes occupancy goals, marketing efforts, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced community setting.

The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to collaborate with Property Managers to ensure move-ins go smoothly and resident satisfaction remains high.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with ability to close leases.
• Basic knowledge of leasing practices and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; property systems experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain current knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, floor plans, and community features.
• Greet prospective residents in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Assess prospects’ needs and present appropriate housing options.
• Conduct property and apartment tours, highlighting amenities and features.
• Accurately complete guest cards and maintain prospect data in the property management system.
• Follow up with prospects in a timely manner and maintain consistent sales follow-through.
• Prepare and process lease applications and leasing documentation accurately and on time.
• Explain lease terms, policies, and community rules to new and renewing residents.
• Support lease renewal programs and maximize resident retention.
• Assist with marketing materials, flyers, and outreach efforts.
• Prepare move-in packets and report leasing activity and trends.
