Bigos Management Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle activities related to apartment rentals and lease renewals. This role requires direct interaction with prospective and current residents, ensuring maximum occupancy by generating and managing traffic, qualifying prospects, and completing necessary paperwork.

Rotating Schedule:
2 weeks: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
2 weeks: Tuesday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm & Saturday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Scheduled dates and hours subject to change at employer discretion
Hiring Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.00/hour

Leasing Consultants are responsible for the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The incumbent interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
