Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage with prospective and current residents, coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to hit occupancy and revenue goals. The role requires strong communication, organization, and reliable teamwork to deliver exceptional customer service and a positive resident experience.

You'll manage tours, process applications, and maintain property readiness while aligning with Weidner's standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi and Paycom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and prepare apartments for showings.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly.
• Schedule and convert viewing appointments; tour prospects with energy.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor traffic in queue and adhere to daily marketing and leasing strategies.
• Maintain market-ready apartments, common areas and amenities to Weidner standards.
