Ultipro is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader for an on-site, full-time role with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The position focuses on leasing, marketing, and resident relations to drive 100% occupancy while supporting the Community Manager.

You will greet clients, qualify needs, present the property, and manage applications, records, and daily reports. Must be available evenings/weekends; benefits and commission eligibility apply.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent service orientation and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills, warm and helpful on calls and in person.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody company values and culture.

Mansioni

• Warmly greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and respond appropriately.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify results.
• Maintain client records and update daily vacancy/activity reports.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in required training.
