Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model/vacant apartments and discuss lease terms and amenities.
• Ensure follow-up with prospects and process applications for approval per policies.
• May handle lease renewals and schedule move-ins with paperwork.
• Walk move-ins to ensure readiness and follow up after move-in.
• Maintain relationships with residents and assist with marketing duties and notices.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies; perform other duties as assigned.
