Fogelman is seeking a Leasing Consultant in St. Louis to conduct tours, guide prospects through the leasing process, and implement marketing strategies for the community.

The role emphasizes resident relations, coordinated move-ins, and ongoing follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include hosting tours, processing applications, handling lease paperwork, and assisting with marketing plans and events.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a leasing professional is preferred.
• Up to one year of related experience or training accepted.
• Experience with virtual and in-person community tours is preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.
• Marketing skills to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions; familiarity with local market preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to assess needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model/vacant apartments and discuss lease terms and amenities.
• Ensure follow-up with prospects and process applications for approval.
• Possibly process lease renewals and schedule move-ins with paperwork.
• Walk move-ins to ensure readiness and coordinate move-in tasks.
• Follow up with new residents after move-in and arrange for maintenance as needed.
• Assist with marketing duties including market surveys and resident notices.
