Preiss, a leader in multifamily and student housing, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Greene Crossing in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on day-to-day leasing and marketing operations, maintaining positive resident relations, and delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

You will answer calls, greet visitors, nurture leads, coordinate events, and partner with local universities to promote the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve escalated concerns.
• Understanding of Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and persuade potential residents to visit the property or the property website.
• Greet potential residents, parents and visitors in a professional manner.
• Pursue leads by completing daily follow ups in leasing database.
• Place delinquency calls and follow up on payments as needed.
• Complete guest cards and send thank-you notes.
• Assist with resident events and marketing efforts to drive traffic to Greene Crossing.
