Greystar is seeking a property leasing specialist in Huntsville, AL. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role involves tours, applications, screenings, and collaboration with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness. Responsibilities include maintaining market awareness, executing marketing plans, managing postings online, and supporting resident renewals.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Schedule move-ins, ensure units are ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals.
