Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Orlando seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, tours, and renewals while delivering excellent resident service. You will execute marketing plans, screen applicants, and ensure a smooth move-in process at a vibrant, award-winning property portfolio.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with property management software, plus weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; familiarity with Entrata Yardi and/or OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Monitor market trends and adjust plans to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Inspect properties, manage lease enforcement, and coordinate renewals.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and timely renewals.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and show-ready property conditions.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed on competition and marketing plans; support overall property goals.
