Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a 360-unit garden community. Responsibilities include tours, applications, screening, and lease signings, with a focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong sales, marketing execution, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends. On-site work and driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and screenings, and prepare leases.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any needed items.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic using internet channels and referrals.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
