Job summary

Greystar, a leading real estate platform, seeks a Leasing Associate in Santa Cruz to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining show-ready units and strong resident relations.

Responsibilities include market monitoring, executing marketing plans, managing data in on-site software, and supporting lease renewals; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 1. Greeting and qualifying prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, screen credits and backgrounds, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• 2. Inspect apartments before move-in; ensure move-in ready condition; coordinate with maintenance.
• 3. Monitor market/competitors; develop marketing plans; follow policies for concessions and programs.
• 4. Design/execute marketing activities to drive traffic; implement referral and employer outreach programs.
• 5. Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and data.
• 6. Ensure show units meet standards; communicate maintenance needs; prep leasing office.
• 7. Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leases/ renewals.
• 8. Support lease renewal process with letters and packages; contact renewing residents.
• 9. Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and document requests.

Responsibilities

• Completes accounting, financial, and administrative reports; performs other duties as assigned.
