Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, maximizing revenue, and ensuring resident satisfaction from lease signing through renewal.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, move-in, and coordinating renewals. On-site duties require strong communication and marketing execution using standard property management

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare the lease and move-in package, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance to ensure units are ready.
• Stay informed about market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing tools.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and coordinating meetings with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests for appropriate action.
