Job summary

Greystar in Irving, TX is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a high-occupancy community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help residents throughout their lease.

You will use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and leasing activity, ensure show units meet standards, and support renewal communications. The role includes flexible hours, occasional evenings and weekends, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• State/local licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications.
• Screen credit and background checks; prepare lease and move‑in package.
• Ensure move‑in readiness and coordinate maintenance items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communications with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and address issues.
