Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle resident outreach, tours, and application processing at Lake Sumter in Lady Lake, FL. You will manage leasing, marketing support, and customer service to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires delivering excellent service, handling renewals, and coordinating with central teams to ensure smooth operations in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare property for business day-to-day.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options and move-in costs.
• Process applications and deposits accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of community features and competing properties.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.
