Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Property Manager to drive leasing and marketing efforts for our Florida communities. You will conduct move-in orientations, renewals, and analyze reports to optimize occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of LIHTC requirements and Section 8 rent subsidies.
• Thorough knowledge of property management and basic accounting principles.
• Education equivalent to two years of college or industry certification.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all leasing and marketing activities for the local community.
• Conduct move-in orientations and renewals at correct rates.
• Generate and review reports on rent payments, delinquencies, and vacancies.
• Ensure on-site rent processing is accurate and timely.
• Address resident inquiries and resolve issues with urgency and care.
• Maintain schedules and prioritize daily tasks to meet occupancy goals.
