Qualifications

• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated problem resolution work experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare property for business, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options and move-in costs; discuss current promotions.
• Maintain product knowledge of the community and neighboring communities.
• Develop outreach marketing to local businesses and assist in resident activities.
