Job summary

ConcordRENTS in Florida is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy in our multifamily communities. You will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, explain lease options, and present current promotions while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, timely follow-up, and accurate documentation of applications and move-in costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales experience preferred in leasing or property management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare the property for showings and daily operations.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries and support tour scheduling.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs, and current promotions to prospective residents.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and nearby competitors for comparison.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and address concerns with courtesy and urgency.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely submission of documents and deposits.
• Follow up with prospective residents to secure applications and leasing agreements.
