Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to ensure a smooth move-in.

You will also design marketing campaigns, manage referrals, and use on-site software to track prospects and residents, while maintaining show units and coordinating with maintenance for show-ready spaces.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in to ensure move-in readiness and coordinates maintenance.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, using internet marketing tools.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, and data on residents and prospects.
• Ensures show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease/renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters, contacting renewing residents, and ensuring signed documents.
