Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a leasing coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue by managing leasing activities, tours, applications, and move-ins across a Greystar community. You will implement marketing plans, track prospects, and ensure high-quality show units and resident satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating renewals, communicating with residents, and collaborating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness and smooth operations at the property.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and marketing activities.
• Ability to tour properties and qualify prospects.
• Familiarity with tenant screening and move-in processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and leasing activities to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through online and referral programs and other initiatives.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages, and outreach.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries and resolve issues.
