Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will manage tours, screenings, applications, and move-in processes while supporting resident satisfaction and renewal efforts.

The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, familiarity with property marketing, and the ability to collaborate with on-site teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: employment history showing sales, marketing, internet and customer service background; high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals; greets and qualifies prospects face-to-face, conducts property tours, processes applications, conducts credit screens and background checks, prepares lease and move-in package, and ensures smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are in move-in ready condition; coordinates maintenance for outstanding items.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic; uses internet marketing tools and employer outreach programs.
