• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, prepare the lease and move-in package, and ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are move-in ready, coordinating with maintenance to address items.
• Stay informed about current market conditions and competitor activity to adjust marketing plans and occupancy goals.
• Design and execute marketing activities to attract traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
