Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Indianapolis to drive leasing, resident satisfaction, and renewal activity at a managed community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to prepare move-ins.

You’ll implement short- and long-term marketing plans, stay informed on market conditions, and use OneSite/Yardi daily to manage listings, traffic, and resident data. The role requires a valid driver’s license and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and coordinating marketing activities.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screen for credit/backgrounds.
• Familiarity with property management software and reporting.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Develop and execute local marketing plans to boost traffic and leases.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability and prospect data; maintain show-ready units.
