Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours of our properties, and ensure a superb resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet clients, tour apartments, and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, Maintenance, and Emergency Procedures manuals and the Team Member Handbook.
• Answer the phone and follow up with all traffic; input information into the system.
• Greet clients on arrival, tour apartments, and lease units.
• Manage the leasing process from introduction to occupancy.
• Prepare and complete leasing paperwork and collect move-in keys, remote, and parking permit.
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve problems; create service requests.
• Complete Grace Hill classes and attend required training.
• Maintain knowledge of the community, competition, and local market; prepare market surveys.
• Participate in resident events and uphold MORGAN standards.
