Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to join our on-site Property Management team in Gainesville, GA. The role centers on coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

You will partner with the on-site team to implement marketing plans, perform property tours, process applications, and support renewals while ensuring resident satisfaction and show-unit readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and internet marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Support lease renewals and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
