Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, showcase available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process. You will market properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, and provide excellent customer service while coordinating with the property manager to meet leasing goals.

The role requires staying informed about market trends, handling inquiries, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting with reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate strong negotiating and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email and schedule appointments.
• Maintain reporting as required (weekly, monthly, etc.).
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
